Her mission; Empowering clients in accessing their own innate healing mechanisms for their souls fullest potential ! She incorporates many different modalities but draws strongly on her intuition and spiritual guidance to ensure the client receives the relieve and release needed ! She finds that essential oils are extremely beneficial for the lifting of energies and moods and the use of CBD oils for relaxing tired and spastic muscles an absolute must ! She works with intention setting and-creates a safe place for the clients healing journey! Her intention is to hold space and listen to what the fascia is ready to release and transcend so that the body can activate it’s self-healing abilities. It’s always a collaboration between the practitioner and client !
